Copies of all lease proposals, lease agreements, or attempts at lease/allotment (including the 30-year lease proposal reportedly tabled before the ETPB Board).
Records of any regularization or approvals made in relation to this land, including the names of individuals/entities who benefited.
Copies of petitions, writs, or cases filed in the High Court or other courts concerning above mentioned land. The response may distinguish Status and outcomes of these legal proceedings.
Certified copies Minutes of Board meetings or official noting where this land was discussed. And also provide copies of Directives, memos, or correspondence involving ETPB officials regarding this land.
