Our team wrote to FBR under the Right to Information (RTI) laws, requesting details about tax defaulters and the FBR 140 notices. The Pakistan Information Commission decided in our favor and ordered that the information should be provided to the citizen. However, for the tenth time, the FBR has once again approached the Islamabad High Court against us. Previously, on nine occasions, instead of providing the information, the FBR went to the High Court.
