B. Type of property (residential, commercial, religious, etc.);
C. Current status (vacant, leased, under litigation, etc.). - Details of leases, tenancies, or licenses granted on any such properties in Karachi, including:
A. Names of tenants/lessees;
B. Duration of lease agreements;
C. Monthly/yearly rent amounts;
D. Terms and conditions of such agreements. - Certified Information or list on any pending litigation or disputes involving ETPB properties in Karachi.
- Details of Records of revenue generated from Karachi-based properties during the last five fiscal years, including rental income and other charges.
- Information on any development projects, tenders, or proposed auctions relating to ETPB properties in Karachi (if applicable).
