Total number of reported attacks, assaults, injuries, or threats against journalists. Case-wise details including name of journalist, nature of incident, date and place, police station concerned, FIR number (if registered), and current status.
Total number of FIRs/cases registered against journalists.Case-wise details including name of journalist, sections of law invoked, police station, FIR number, date of registration, and present status (investigation/trial/closed).
Certified copies of all FIRs registered pertaining to journalists (both as complainants/victims and as accused) during the last two years.
The requested information may kindly be provided in written form, along with certified copies of records/ FIRs where requested, or an officially authenticated list maintained by the department.
