Details of all medicine purchases made by the Office of the District Health Officer, Korangi, Karachi, during the period from January 2024 to July 2025. The response may distinguish names of medicines procured, Quantity and cost of each medicine, Name(s) of supplier(s), Copy of purchase orders and invoices.
Copies of all official correspondence/letters sent by your office to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) requesting testing or quality analysis of each medicines during the above period.
Copies of testing reports or feedback received from DRAP or any other approved laboratory related to the quality, efficacy, or safety of the medicines procured or distributed by your office.
I request that the above documents and information be provided in soft or hard copy (whichever is convenient), in accordance with Section 7 of the Sindh Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2016.
