Please provide a complete list of borrowers whose loans were written off / waived during the last 10 Years, including the following details:
- Name of the borrower
- Nature/type of loan
- Amount sanctioned and amount written off / waived
- Date of loan write-off / waiver
- Competent authority / committee that approved the write-off
- Copies of relevant notifications / minutes, if available.
I request that the aforementioned information be provided in certified copy format (digital or physical), as per Section 6 and Section 11 of the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017. Under the Act, public bodies are required to respond within 10 working days, extendable to 20 days in exceptional circumstances. If, for any reason, any part of the requested information is withheld, kindly provide a written explanation citing the relevant exemption clause(s) under the Act.
